Cancellation Form
If you need to cancel your order for any reason and you are still within the cancellation period (14 days from the day your product was delivered, or any time before the product has been delivered), please use the below form. You may also use the Model Cancellation Form, filling the form out with the relevant information and emailing the form to hollyw@stimsensory.uk as soon as possible. We are legally obligated to offer a cancellation if you inform us within the cancellation period, even if we do not receive the email until after the cancellation period has passed. We will acknowledge receipt of your cancellation as soon as we can.
We will offer a refund of the price of the product and our standard delivery service (Royal Mail Second Class). We will refund you within 14 days of you informing us of cancellation, or within 14 days of receiving returned goods, as is your legal right. You must return the product(s) within 14 days of informing us of your cancellation. You must pay the shipping cost to return the product(s) if you cancel after they have been shipped.
If 14 days or more have passed since the day your product was delivered, we are no longer legally obligated to cancel your order. Please Contact Us if this is the case, and we will attempt to work out a solution with you.
