Where do we ship to?

StimSensory is a UK based company, and currently only ships to the United Kingdom.

How will my order be shipped?

We ship with the Royal Mail and offer First Class and Second class shipping options at checkout. You will be able to see the price of shipping for your order at checkout.

When will my order be shipped?

Most orders are shipped within 5 working days unless stated otherwise. You will receive a confirmation email when you place your order, and a second email once your order has been shipped.

When will my order arrive and how much will delivery cost? (UK)

First Class:
From £4.00 (£3.25 plus £0.75 per item)
Aim to deliver the next working day

Second Class:
From £2.75 (£2.25 plus £0.50 per item)
Delivery in 2-3 business days

My order hasn’t arrived within the stated delivery time

If the expected delivery date has passed and you have not received your order, please Contact Us as soon as possible.

*Coronavirus Update: Some orders may be slightly delayed due to the Coronavirus and associated absences within Royal Mail. If your order has not arrived within the expected time, please Contact Us so we can attempt to resolve this issue. However, please be aware that some delays may occur. Apologies for any inconveniences caused.

Returns

Your Legal Rights: You are entitled to a refund, replacement, repair, and/or compensation when goods are faulty or not as described up to 30 days after delivery of goods. If you return goods because they are faulty or not as described, you will be refunded the return shipping cost. It is your responsibility to show that the item is faulty instead of failing due to misuse on your part. A PDF summarising your legal rights can be found here.

To return an item you should use your local postal service at your own cost. We recommend that you obtain a receipt to show proof of purchase, so we can refund the cost of return shipping if the item was faulty or not as described. All refunds will be credited to the original payment card and/or PayPal account. Please return goods in their original packaging if possible.

Please Contact Us as soon as possible if you are going to return an item and require a refund.

Cancellations

You must use the Cancellation Form to cancel your order. Please email this form to hollyw@stimsensory.uk.

You may cancel your order for free until it has been shipped. After this point you must pay shipping costs to return a cancelled order.

You have the right to cancel your order for 14 days after the day your product was delivered (EG if your product was delivered on the 1st of January, you would have the right to cancel until the 15th of January at 11.59pm). After 14 days you lose the right to cancel your order.
