In this Contract, we are StimSensory Ltd, and you are the person detailed in the Order Forms (at checkout).

Our Contract is made on the date we deduct payment from your credit card, debit card, and/or PayPal account, the details of which you will have provided in the Order Forms.

Our Contract includes all correspondence from us to you, and the descriptions of the Goods provided on the Website or otherwise.

Contract for sale:


To place an Order, peruse our website and select your chosen products. Complete the instructions detailed on the Website to complete your Order.

You can submit an Order for products by completing the details required on the Checkout page and clicking the ‘Buy Now’ button. All prices are reflected in the Pound Sterling (GBP) £UK, and exclude VAT. We do not accept orders outside the United Kingdom. Goods supplied are not for resale. We are under no obligation to accept your Order, but would normally do so where the product is available, the Order reflects current pricing, and your credit card/debit card or PayPal payment is approved by PayPal or your credit card/debit card company.

The display of any product on our website is in no way an offer by us to sell to you. It is your response that is the offer. Accordingly, we are not liable to sell you any product that might be quoted at a price lower than that meant by us.

Placing your Order:


If your selected products are in stock your order will be processed and you will receive a confirmation email to confirm that we have received your order. You will receive another email once your order has been dispatched. Acceptance of you rorder will occur upon completion of dispatch. At this point, a binding agreement will be in place between us. This agreement is subject to our right to withdraw such acceptance when your order relates to goods priced below their intended price, or where discounts have been used in error. If your order is not accepted for any reason, we will email you to inform you of the change.

Processing your order:


We make every effort to deliver all products within the United Kingdom within three working days of acceptance your order, unless stated otherwise in cases such as illness or holiday on our part. You will be notified of this in advance of placing your order if possible, and we will make every effort to inform you of such delays before our acceptance of your order. StimSensory Ltd does not deliver to locations outside of the United Kingdom, as described on our Shipping page.

Orders will not be dispatched until payment is received in full.

All deliveries will be made out to you at the address specified by you in your order. We cannot take responsibility for incorrect delivery addresses entered at the checkout. Any loss caused by incorrect addresses, financial or otherwise, will be your responsibility, unless the negligence is ours.

Orders are delivered by Royal Mail to United Kingdom addresses. We reserve the right to change delivery costs and/or method of postage at any time.

Delivery:


StimSensory Ltd accepts payment for purchases of goods through our website. Payment may only be made by debit or credit card via Stripe, or via PayPal. Information can be found about both third parties here: Stripe; PayPal. You accept that some banks may charge you an additional fee for certain transactions. For delivery destinations within the UK, prices exclude VAT.

We take reasonable care to ensure that your order is conducted via a secure link. As we are not responsible for the operation of the secure link we will not, unless we are negligent, be liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorised access to any information you provide via such link. If products are not available for any reason after we have accepted your order, we will let you know. We will not charge you for these products and will refund any amounts already paid (if any) by way of a credit to your credit card/debit card or PayPal account.

Payment:


The below is in accordance with your statutory rights.

Returns will only be processed following contact with StimSensory Ltd using our Contact Us form or sending an email to our email address (hollyw@stimsensory.uk). We may require proof of purchase.

Refunds will be made within 14 days of our receiving the products you return, or within 14 days of our receiving evidence that you have returned the goods (whichever is earlier). If no goods were supplied or are to be returned, then you will receive a refund within 14 days of informing us of your decision to cancel your order.

If you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and choose to cancel your order, you may receive a return without providing a reason. In this situation, we will refund you the price of goods purchased and the price of our standard delivery option. We will require you to pay for the shipping cost to return the products, and you must send the goods back within 14 days of informing us of your decision to cancel your order. You may use the aforementioned methods of contact to inform us of your decision to cancel your order, but may also use our Cancellation Form if you would prefer. If you cancel your order before the product has been dispatched, you will be refunded the price of the goods and shipping and will not be required to pay return shipping costs.

If you wish to exercise your right to cancel, you are obliged to retain possession of the goods and take reasonable care of them until they are returned.

If your products arrive faulty or not as described, you may receive a return and will not have to pay the return shipping costs, provided you contact us regarding the products within 30 days of receiving your order. After 30 days, we are no longer legally obligated to provide a refund.

We may make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless we have agreed otherwise. We do not charge any fees for reimbursement. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for the loss of value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you (i.e. in excess of what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods).

Returns and cancellations:


You are not permitted to copy, download, store, adapt, or change in any way the content or images contained within the web pages of stimsensory.uk for any reason whatsoever without prior written permission from StimSensory Ltd.
