  • Information about your use of our site, including details of your visits, such as the pages you viewed. This includes traffic data, location data, and other communication data.


Our use of Cookies:

Cookies provide information about the computer used by a visitor to the site. We may use cookies, where appropriate, to gather information about your computer to help us improve our website.

We may gather information about your general internet usage by using the Cookie. These Cookies are downloaded onto your computer and stored on the computers hard-drive. This information will not identify you personally; it is statistical data, and will not identify any personal details.

Our use of your information:

We use the information that we collect from you to provide our services to you. In addition to this, we may use the information for one or more of the following purposes:

  • To provide you with information relating to our products or services when you request this information from us.

  • To provide information relating to other products that you may be interested in. This additional information will only be provided when you have consented to receive it. If you have previously purchased goods or products from us, we may provide information relating to other products you may be interested in, if you have consented to receive this additional information.

  • To inform you of any changes to our website, services or goods and products.

We never give your details to third parties to use your data to enable them to provide you with information regarding unrelated goods or services.


When you make an online purchase, we share your financial data with Stripe and/or PayPal in order to process the transaction. They do not use your personal data for their own purposes. Both Stripe and PayPal are payment service providers. Their privacy policies can be found here: PayPal; Stripe.

We use Google Analytics to analyse data. Their privacy policy can be found here.

Who we share your data with:


Unfortunately, the sending of information via the internet is not totally secure and on occasions such information can be intercepted. We cannot guarantee the security of data that you choose to send us electronically; sending such information is entirely at your own risk.

Storing your personal data:


We keep all information for 6 months from the end of your contract (IE when the product has been delivered). This means that we can confirm your order if your goods are not delivered on time, and can confirm your purchase if you require a refund. After 6 months, all hard copies of your personal data will be shredded. Data saved to a device and/or the G-Drive will be deleted. If you have a problem after this point, you will need to provide your own proof that you purchased the goods and that the problem was due to an error or fault on our part.

How long do we keep your personal data?


We will not disclose your personal information to any other party other than in accordance with this Privacy Policy and in the circumstances detailed below:

  • In the event that we sell any or all of our business to the buyer.

  • Where we are legally required by law to disclose your personal information.

  • To further fraud protection and reduce the risk of fraud.

We may occasionally include links to third parties on this website. When we provide a link, it does not mean that we endorse or approve that site’s policy towards visitor privacy. You should review their privacy policy before sending them any personal data.

In accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the right to access any data we hold relating to you. You can request information about how your data is being used, access your personal data, update incorrect data, have your data erased, stop or restrict the processing of your data, and more.
